Quantitative Research, Institutional Governance

Institutional governance, systematic execution
Who We Are
Theo Quant is a technology-driven quantitative hedge fund focused on systematic opportunities in global markets. Our investment approach brings together three complementary strategies: statistical arbitrage, cross-exchange arbitrage and real-world asset (RWA) perpetuals arbitrage.
Each responds to different sources of market opportunity, creating an all-weather portfolio that is not dependent on the direction of any single asset or market.
Engineering at Core
Technology is at the core of how we invest. Our team develops proprietary algorithmic trading systems to identify and execute relative-value opportunities across assets, trading venues and market structures. We combine the precision and discipline of institutional quantitative investing with the agility of a technology firm, allowing us to continuously refine our research, infrastructure and execution.
Regulatory Compliance
The fund solely operates through Capital Sharpe Fund SPC, a CIMA regulated segregated portfolio company, and is solely managed by Capital Sharpe Investment, an approved manager regulated by FSC.
We take a long-term view of systemic assets business and the financial infrastructure developing around them. Our objective is to build resilient, market-neutral strategies that can adapt to changing conditions and deliver sustainable performance over time.
